Hi, I’m Una — a proud mom of two wonderful boys and a dual-qualified pediatric nurse with over 30 years of experience in healthcare. I’m a certified IAIM Infant Massage Instructor and also hold diplomas in Swedish and Indian Head Massage.

In 2024, life gave me a gentle nudge to seek a better work-life balance, and that’s when Baby Massage and Me was born. My passion lies in supporting new moms, and I bring all of my professional and personal experience into every class. My goal is to create a nurturing open space where families feel supported, confident, and connected.
